In this rendering, the supreme daddy appears in profile, looking wistful and sensual. His beard is full and wavy; his hair falls in ringlets, below a fillet band. We view him from over a muscular shoulder, as if he were about to turn back, and he wears a gentle, thoughtful expression. This ring is substantially-made, and very low profile, with a slim, flat face. Its half-round shank is broad at the shoulder, and it tapers toward the base. The intaglio carving is highly-detailed, with areas of deeply sunken relief. This ring is very cozy, in wear, and it is well-suited to all genders. Marked 750 for purity, and with an obscured maker's mark.
