Victorian Carved Garnet Pansy Pendant

A dainty garnet pendant, masterfully carved in the likeness of a pansy, and set with a chunky little old mine cut diamond. This purplish-red garnet is especially beautiful, with rich color and fine clarity. The central old mine cut diamond is held in a six prong setting, which also serves as the connecting point for the decorative bail. This little flower is beautifully made and preserved.
