Art Deco Era Kinetic OEC Diamond Set Pendant
in Platinum
* * SOLD * *
An elegant, Art Deco era, diamond-set pendant, modeled in platinum and composed of three, concentric, pear-shaped elements— two open "hoops," and a solid, central panel. These pear-shaped components are kinetic; they swing lightly from side to side and have some gentle play in all directions. The open hoops are bead-set with many small old European cut diamonds, while the central pear is set with three larger OEC diamonds. These diamonds are very sparkly, white and clean! The pendant hangs from a shapely, diamond-set bail, and all edges are finished with milgrain details. This is beautifully constructed— the backside of the pendant is as finely executed as the front, and the close setting of the diamonds gives it a dazzling presence! This pendant is simple enough for daily wear and special enough for a bride; it hangs from a slender antique cable chain.
