Four diamonds, in lobe-shaped seats, flank the primary stone, creating the impression of a quatrefoil. Astride these, a pair of diamond-set fleur de lis, that extend into the ring's shoulders. The ring's face and gallery are also decorated with hand-pierced curls or plumes, and its shank is engraved a delicate wheat pattern. This is an outstanding early dome ring, with wonderful proportions and an admirable icy sparkle! It would make a lovely engagement ring.
