Art Deco OEC Flexible Diamond Link Bracelet
8.75ctw in Platinum
* * SOLD * *
An exceptional Art Deco era bracelet, composed of thirty-six, flexible, diamond-set links. These beautifully-constructed links move very smoothly, in a sinuous manner that plays up the intensity of the bracelet's already intense sparkle. The bracelet's many, chunky, old European cut diamonds face up very white in their platinum mounts; they have the small high tables and open culets that make this cut so beloved. Old cut diamonds have a heartbreaking flash and individual character, because they were cut by human hands, rather than machines. This bracelet closes with a hidden, box-style clasp, and it is complete with its original safety chain. The backside of the clasp is beautifully engraved— a small secret for the wearer and a testament to the quality of manufacture.
