"You Mean the World to Me" in 14k Gold
$ 650.00

A rare and wonderful vintage enameled charm, modeled in 14k yellow gold by the well know New York jewelers Sloan & Co. This charm was made to resemble a spinning globe, on a footed stand! Here, the earth's land masses are rendered in polished gold, while the seas are a field of bright blue enamel. A gold banner, bearing the sentiment "you mean the world to me" encircles the globe, like a horizon band. The globe is pinned through the center and it spins freely on its stand. A bail and jump ring are mounted on the tiny stand arm. This miniature charm is sweet, it's brimming with old-fashioned sentiment, and it's very very cool! This is marked for purity and with the Sloan & Co. trident.
